Order Processing and Delivery Time
Orders are generally prepared and shipped within five business days after the order has been successfully placed.
Once the package has been dispatched, delivery typically requires 10–20 business days, depending on the destination country and the schedule of the shipping carrier.

Changing the Shipping Address
Requests to modify the shipping address must be submitted before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the same day the order is placed.
After this time, the order may already be processed and address changes might no longer be possible.

Delivering to a Different Address
Orders may be shipped to an address that is different from the billing address used for payment.
Shipping Schedule
